Stoli Overloaded?

Hi i was just wondering if you guys have to many sites on Stoli? it ALWAYS has a bad Server load Unless its like 3 in the morning. I love this hosting its the best Free you can get and its better than alot of paid hosting plans. but i think the 1 Ad-Enhanced Server is overloaded? do you guys have anyplans to get another soon?

What is the Problem with Stoli? it got better last night now its Horrible again.
