stoli server back to normal?

Couple days ago I heard there's a problem with stoli server(on that time my site was down too) that you guys said it's should be okay soon and then few day later It back to normal but now, few hours ago I think it was database error or something my Wordpress don't show anything, you know If database went down WP is down too.

so I want to know that stoli server is back to normal? or not yet normal?

I understand there's many ppl use this server and It can be temporary down or something.
