Stoli server really SLOW

hi, in last days stoli server is really slow...
To load my home page it take a lot of seconds...
There is a ddos attach??

It's running fine right now, faster than usual. It had to be rebooted earlier on, and it seemed as though the load was being pushed up due to abuse. This has all been resolved now, and we're keeping a close eye on it.
