Give it 15-20 minutes to be fully online since it is being rebooted.

The best you can do is just follow the thread in the server alerts section. Server maintenance is far from easy or predictable. I'd say within the hour, but things tend to get worse before they get better when you have 10,000 hosting accounts on one server

We have no idea how long it is going to take. Currently we are working on resolving it with help from the datacenter. There is a severe issue going on.
