Are you having any troubles with the stoli server by chance? It seems to be slow as hell for me, with page generations averaging over 20 seconds for each page.

Yes same here. I was thinking it might be my internet connection problem. But later discover it was slow by STOLi

There have been no reports of major issues with Stoli. The issue you are experiencing is likely caused by a temporary heavy load on the server.
