I am trying to install a forum on my account and you keep suspending me. 1st time I got to 61%, the 2nd time to 79% and now you suspended me at 84%. It takes 5 minutes max. to install my forum and I can't even do that without having my account suspended?

This is your suspension reason:
"Suspension Reason: You have been suspended for high system resource usage. Accounts are suspended for usage when they are detected to have consistently high cpu usage, memory usage, or process amounts. This is an automatic suspension, you're able to unsuspend yourself immediately. Warning 2 of 3."

Thanks for your time!

5 minutes of heavy resource usage is a LOT.

Install it locally, then copy and paste. Alternatively, you can move to premium to remove the resource limits, or upgrade to prime to double the resource limits.

New issue, your vBulletin license is not properly configured at vBulletin. They show no license for your domains, but the # itself is correct.

At this time you are suspended for running an unlicensed vBulletin. To fix this, login at vbulletin and update your license to one of the domains on your account. Until then, you're suspended and not permitted further access to the account as this is borderline warez right now.

If I would have wanted a paid hosting I would have bought one here too. If you are offering free host than this is what you must offer, if I like it I will upgrade, but to like it I must be able to work on my free hosting account.

Since I always end up installing around 85%-95% I think it would take max 1-2 minutes not five and is really frustrating to be stopped right when I am about to finish.

As I said to upgrade to your premium services I must first be satisfied with my first choice, no mater what that is, in this case free hosting. Free or paid services, you should give customers better support to receive better feedback and have your customers upgrade.

For the record, for vbulletin in particular, it often goes through 2 suspensions because they don't do their install in steps. Once it is installed it runs well.

vBulletin's installer, when I've seen users running it, often maxes the cpu for several minutes. This puts everyone else on the server in jeopardy as their sites no longer load while you're installing. We pretty much get two options in that situation - suspend you because yours is the one hogging the resources, or allow it to happen to you when someone else does it later. We get yelled at either way, but one involves one user, the other involves everyone on the server.

That said it's all a moot point until you get your vbulletin license fixed up anyways.
