Heh. Weekly support.
The staff is overworked, so if you want daily support, you have to pay extra.

Darn lol, that was fast, ill keep image saved just incase i need it for reference again.

EDIT: While we are on this topic, I was wondering why the disk space is so low? 650Gb bandwidth to 10Gb Diskspace. Has no one complained about this?

hmm, thats stupid I think because I use like les than 100mb disk space, but i do use the bandwidth. Bandwidth is alot more used than disk space, except maybe if you have a forum or anything that generates large amounts of saved data.

the only thing that I know of that would need more than 10GB of memory is something like youtube

I think people are just used to getting excessive amounts (in the hundreds) so 10 seems like a low number.

im sure if you needed more and provided a valid reason, Corey would not mind increaseing the space, since you are paying.

Zdroyd, don't quote the topic post zzz.

What's the difference between Weekly Backup and the backups the free accounts have? Weekly backup their, I think x10 does it for you??

If bandwidth is renewable, wouldn't you get smacked head on with a massive bandwidth bill for your servers if the service gets super busy, or do you get unlimited transfer? That's the thing I don't get though. Bandwidth can go forever (much like how I can transfer data at full speed throughout my network to every computer 24/7), and it can be in large capacities now thanks to new technologies like Corning's new Fiber/IBM's new 1Tbps fiber, but I don't get the bandwidth limits, unless it's just to prevent busy sites from slowing datacenters/servers down a lot.

I do know that the bandwidth bills pays for bigger tubes and faster equipment so that n00bs (aka P2P uploads and downloaders at it 24/7) out there don't plug up the tubes as much, so there's one thing against my argument :p

Weekly backup on these plans is automatic and the free accounts can backup manually but they dont get automatic backups, or they dont have access to them where as paid hosting would

Banthwich still costs money, and much like how i can only upload 400 kb/sec, datacenters have limits to there upload speed, and to increase that, it costs money.

I completely realize that, but I've noticed that adding bandwidth to many services becoming cheaper though, with all of those new Fiber Optic cables being invented that are cheaper to use, and can get run over by cars, bent and everything and nothing will really slow down at all. I do understand the capacity issue, my DSL only gives me 1 megabyte of download a second, and 180 kilobytes of upload, so I completely understand that, being as though I'm a computer "geek" when I'm at it. Maintaining the cables is really the only problem, but once those cables are placed and the equipment is all set up, it's pretty much pennyless for bandwidth.

Not really. You have upkeep(repares, people who manage both ends and the connection), power usage(both ends, routers bount to be many), profit, and many other things.

its not exactly penyless. its getting cheaper, but its still expensive.
