stuck at 'hosting account creation'

Good afternoon
I started to create an account but after the email confirmation step, the process seems to have stopped dead. when I tried to go back to the creation page it started me at step 1 again.

it can take up to 24 - 36 hours before an account is created, depending on the size of the queue
