Resolved Stuck in Sign in Successful page

Hi, I need help when I login on my sites, it log in normally but when I want to enter to the admin panel it get stuck in this page:

Sign in Successful
Please standby while transfer you to your web hosting account.

and when I want to enter one of my sites show this message "Apache is functioning normally.".

I hope you can help me, because my sites are very important to me.

First of all I'd suggest you take a closer look at our ToS

One Account
Users may only have active a single account at any given time, signing up for multiple accounts will result in a suspension of service.

I'm sure a restore is possible, but you can only have one account, and I can only do it for the account linked with the forum account you use for support request.

I'm running the restore for the one account that is connected with the forum account you are using.
