Stuck on Publish. My site is now corrupted.

I tried to update my site. I have use 3 different browsers: Safari, Firefox and Chrome. I have the same result: screen stuck at Publish and times out. It says server error. Meanwhile, it has corrupted my website and I can't fix it. Obviously not a good situation. I tried to rescue my site from a back up but that too is showing as corrupt when I go to my live site. The Preview looks good but not the live site. Please advise.

Live Website now has this error displayed: Fatal error: Call to undefined function parse_uri() in /home/vivehlx1/public_html/sitepro/index.php on line 35

So I opened up the "inspect element" to look at the javascript for the button to PUBLISH. Looks like there are three distinct javascript errors:

[Error] Origin http://builder.infinitysrv.com is not allowed by Access-Control-Allow-Origin.

[Error] Failed to load resource: Origin http://builder.infinitysrv.com is not allowed by Access-Control-Allow-Origin. (clientresptime, line 0)

[Error] XMLHttpRequest cannot load http://1.2.3.4/cserver/clientrespti...v.com//&resptime=7141&starttime=1494364328387 due to access control checks.

Of course I can't fix the errors embedded in the site builder application. I also don't know how to reach out for help beyond this forum. Can anyone provide support here for this?
