Stuck On SupportPress Instillation.

Hi Guys,
I am a web Designer/Developer and I use X10 Hosting to host all my websites.
I am currently working on a network of websites for a Indie Game Dev Startup called Tech To Go. I am using a wordpress Multi-Site Network which I have successfully setup and I am using it without any problems.

I want to install supportpress on my subdomain: support.techtogo.tk. I have uploaded the files to the correct directories and The installation page is working.
However, I am stuck on actually installing it since the instructions are un-clear. Ive done heaps of manual installations before but This one has me puzzled. It says the lamest installer ever and that is true.

I want to use the same MySLQ database as my current multi-site wordpress instillation on the main domain of techtogo.tk. I am unsure of what to do to link the database and complete the installation of supportpress. I was wondering if anyone could walk me through doing the instillation. Here is a screenshot of what the installer shows:

So here is a summary of what I have said and need to do:

• I have a sub-domain support.techtogo.tk where I have uploaded the packages and opened the installer.
• I have an existing wordpress database that I would like to use in this instillation.
• This really is the worlds lamest installer.
• I would like someone to walk me through this explaining what to do in a simple manner.

hey guys. Update: I managed to edit the config file. Turns out I know alot more PHP then I thought.
In the process I accidentally took down our main site because I changed the password to the MySLQ database but now I fixed it. Thats a close one.
However im getting this message: Error connecting to database: Access denied for user 'techtogo_wp633'@'localhost' (using password: YES)
I filled everything out correctly ( I think so) What did I do wrong?

Ok guys I failed badly. After a whole day of changing code and trying to figure out how to install a software It led to nothing.


I spent almost all day setting up a unless piece of software that was advertised to be exactly what we needed.

I spent a whole day editing databases, writing code, configuring servers and guess what it all comes down to.

Its usless

I didnt read the site properly

Its not a whole support portal. Its just a backend so when people send an email to a certain adress you have a web portal that people can reply from.

I just wasted a whole day on something unless. Ruining servers all for the sake of something that I dont even need
