Styles Limited??

Hello, I was wondering if you place a limit on the number of styles that can be used in forums installed through the app installer.
This is because no matter which bb I install I can't seem to install a style or use anything other than the default.

Styles will simply not install correctly.
For pun - it will not recognize the styles exist. The drop down only shows oxygen style in its menu.
A similar issue for phpbb. In the Administration control panel it says "no styles to install"
Both were installed through the app installer. I will attempt a manual install and see if this resolves the issue.

Update - confirmed that there is definitely a problem and I believe it is the installer.
