Sub-domain cannot redirect to index.php automatically

I have create the sub domain forum.narongsak.com but it cannot link to index.php automatically if I type forum.narongsak.com in the address bar

My username is "narongsak"
and the cPanel username is "site"

You need to add the subdomain usining your cpanel
