Sub-domain is down.

I have searched the forums and noticed several other posts. Most are from the 20th of November. I was having "Connection Interrupted" issues early yesterday morning and now I am receiving them again. I am able to log-in to my account on the x10Hosting website. I have noticed Apache, CPanel and a few other things are down.

I'm curious to know if this has affected any data on my account or if it's down for a short period while the staff and datacenters are working to resolve the issue. I apologize if this was posted somewhere. I did not see anything during a search.

Apparently others can see the site fine but I cannot. What the heck? I would laugh if I was somehow blocked from my own blog. xD Anyways, help would be nice. Thanks again.

I can see your site fine which means your IP address might have been blocked from the system.
In order to fix this, you will need to post another support ticket.
