but the cpanel.pro-phpbb.x10hosting.com is giving error. But pro-phpbb.x10hosting.com/cpanel is going to pro-phpbb.x10hosting.com:2082 normally.

Daniel, Can you try to set .tk domain.

Don't use subdomain. use Direct domain as your primary domain.

A small question that you don't want to leave that -(Hyphen).
By the way wait for some time so the DNS propagates fully.
