Sub-domains ??

Hi Admin,
My subdomains are not working.
I had created params.fakemailz.x10hosting.com and parma.fakemailz.x10hosting.com a week ago. When i hit that in browser, i get 500(apache internal server error).
I had already posted this thread, but i don't know who deleted this.
Can you please help me with this.
my cpanel username is faker

is that folder chmoded to 755? (permission)

yes all the folder has 755... which is by default when we create a folder.
