subdomain and mail acount problem

hello again

seems like now both htpp://yanakiev.org and http://www.yanakiev.org is fine.
thanks to good support here about it...
but now i got some other nasty problem

1st - subdomain do not work
yordan.yanakiev.org is not working :dunno:

2nd - i send a mail trought my old acount ( before change to my domain name ) - this :
sonicpld@yanakiev.x10hosting.com

but it shoud be :
yordan@yanakiev.org

#1 - Are you using our DNS servers or DNS servers hosted elsewhere.
#2 - Delete and re-create the e-mail and it should work fine.

I deleted , and then recreated my mail, and now it's work ! cool !

anyway - problem with subdomains remain.

here a screenshot of my domain name providers control center - there is not othere options there except theese on sceenshot.
I'm not sure if they are correct. ... :dunno:

Have you tried removing and re-adding the subdomain?

yep ... i do it at least 3-4 times, do not work ... :dunno:

please if you can repair it - please enter , and repair it - i confirm that i do not have important data on it to be saved - delete whatever you need to ...

It is because you are not using our name servers to direct your domain.

You need to add an addtional A entry at your registrar for your subdomain with the same IP of the main domain.

Seems like my Domain name provider was mess the whole things,
i just call them and they sayd that "Something strange has occured with my DNS records" and they fix it...
I did not understood exactly what was wrong, but when their DNS refresh - everything shoud be fine they sayd ...

I'm very sorry for loosing your time with this issue which as it seems was not related to your hosting.

... anyway i wana asq next ( maybe stuped ) question , but :
- I have 3 mail boxes created :
2 for my needs and 1 for my brother.
I do not wana my brother to know my hosting acount and password to login in his mail box.
- How he can login in his mail box directly , without login first in web hosting Cpanel ?

i've tryed this already , and it's works only for my main e-mail : sonicpld@yanakiev.org ( which anyway i do not have even created )

i can not login with my other accounts , like :
delphi@yanakiev.org

i type the username and password of the account , but it keep teling me:
Login Attempt Failed!

still can not login in my e-mail with other account - differ tham my main account :tear:

P.S : When i enter with administrator account in my mail - i see other mail's accounts as folders.
Is it correct to be in this way ?

oo lords ...

i finnaly understood how i shoud login into mail server.

I shoud enter full mail address as user name, not short if i enter as user differnt of administrator of hosting.
