I was (still am) having problems with my subdomain. I opened a ticket and they said that my subdomain does not have any DNS record, so you need to go to the DNS settings for my site and add the subdomain and X10's nameservers.

Our nameservers are:
ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

The problem I'm having is that the when I try to enter ns1 or ns2.x10hosting.com into the Simple DNS Zone Editor, I says that it has to be an IP address.

Any help would be appreciated. THANKS!

Hi,
Just a couple of issues that aren't clear. You need to change the name server where your domain is registered. Go to where you bought your domain and change the name servers there. That's what it sounds like from your post. Generally, if you're trying to enter an IP address into a domain record, it has to be an "A" record and other domains need to be entered as "CNAME" record.
Cheers.
