You're going to have to
backup your current website; in fact, it's already been done for you. In cPanel under the Files section click on R1Soft Restore Backups and download the most recent version (most likely yesterday). Then you'll maybe want to cancel this account. Visit
this page for help with that. After that.. go ahead and sign up for a new account with your aforementioned requested subdomain. Once you've gotten situated with your new account visit the File Manager in cPanel under the Files section. Use the File Manager to upload your downloaded archive. Once uploaded use the File Manager to extract the contents to the root directory of your webspace. By root directory I mean
/home/****/public_html with **** being your username.
