Subdomain owned by another user

I was having trouble getting a subdomain (using Add-on) of mine working during the outage and I deleted it. Now when I try to re-create it I receive this message:

Error from domain wrapper: minitroopers.letools.x10.bz is owned by another user.

Please clear this up.
