Subdomain pointing to the wrong folder?

Hey guys, I have the domain theofilaktos.com set up, everything is working fine there. However I tried to set up a subdomain (Chris.theofilaktos.com), but when I go to that address I get an index of / even tho my document root points to where it should be (public_html/chris). What should I do?

My subdomain goes to the root public html folder and my main domain is giving me a 404..... I'm so confused. Any ideas?

Did you create the "chris" folder in the document root?
