Hello, I am trying to set up a website for a gaming community. I would like to set up a sub domain (vent.command.x10hosting.com) to redirect to the our communities voice server IP address (75.125.165.130). I have set this up to the best of my knowledge in cPanel, however I am unable to connect to the voice server with the sub domain, and when I do a tracert in the Windows command prompt, it shows vent.command.x10hosting.com is still pointing to 69.175.121.66, which is your web host server's IP.
