Hello,

I set up my X10 hosting account with jakey12334.x10.mx as my primary domain, and also cowsandbread.co.cc as an add-on domain. However, when I go to jakey12334.x10.mx, I get the "Website Specified Does Not Exist" page (http://hosting.x10hosting.com/).

Furthermore, when I go to jakey12334.x10.mx/cowsandbread.co.cc, I have a 404 error page returned to me.

I have no idea as to the cause of this issue, other than a possible server error? Please help!

Thanks,
-Jake

I get to your main domain (clear your browser cache and history), but get a 404 error. Do you have some sort of redirect or do something with your .htaccess?

Same with your co.cc add on domain.

Can you post the contents of any .htaccess ?

Hello,

I spoke to one of our admins about this earlier.
It is related to this: http://x10hosting.com/forums/news-announcements/160652-some-server-issues-updates.html
It seems your account was created during the sync between the two volumes. You will need to wait now for the next pass, in approximately 10 hours. You've been unfortunate to catch this small time period.

Thanks.

Hi all,

Thank you both for your replies. I imagined something like that would have been the cause, but I had no way of telling.

Out of curiosity, do you know how small the sync period was?

I'm not entirely sure, but I think it would vary depending on what cPanel username you chose at signup. It looks like the most affected accounts were within a two hour slot of one another.
