Subdomain still saying: "Website Coming Soon"

I have the following subdomain:

doc.methodsjs.com

That I created to redirect to: methodsjs.com/documentation/1.0.0/intro (blocked by htaccess)

I did this a couple of days ago and i'm still receiving the "Website Coming Soon" message.

I have flushed my DNS a couple of times without any luck.

I hope someone can help me solve this issue.

Everything I try just comes back 403. If you are getting the "Website Coming Soon" you might try clearing your browser cache and history, closing browser, and then reopening browser.

I have 5 different browsers (to check for differences) on my machine and I often find it easier just to check a site on a different browser (my ISP does not cache).
