Subdomain

I can't find information regarding this and I'm not sure how to set it up.

I have purchased the domain taniatobin.com and I'm using x10hosting for my hosting and have managed to set the domain so that what is on www.taniatobin.x10hosting.com is seen on www.taniatobin.com

I have a subdomain with in x10hosting so the url is www.tete-a-tete.taniatobin.x10hosting.com but I want it to be seen as www.tete-a-tete.taniatobin.com but just can't work out how to set that up.

Create the subdomain tete-a-tete.taniatobin.com and make the folder the same as your other subdomain.

where do I create the subdomain tete-a-tete.taniatobin.com? Do I need to go to the people I purchased my domain name from?

You can make it in cPanel. You'll find subdomains under the Domains category.

Oh I've done that, but the subdomain doesn't seem to work with my own purchased domain just with x10hosting.com
