I received the following e-mail on August 14, the text of which was also included in a support ticket:
I responded with a support ticket indicating that I wanted my subdomain to be under the x10host.com domain, effective August 23, and was assured that the change would take place within 24-48 hours. However, my subdomain is still under x10hosting.com, and I have received no further replies to my support ticket.
Do you have any information on if/when the change will be taking place?

Your web hosting account is currently using a free subdomain under our domain name x10hosting.com. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances we are no longer able to provide a subdomain under the x10hosting.com domain past August 23, 2012.
We have opened this ticket with you to work with you on choosing a new primary subdomain for your web hosting account. We have the following additional domain names available for you to use with a subdomain at this time:
x10.bz
x10.mx
x10host.com
elementfx.com
pcriot.com
Please let us know a new subdomain of your choosing under one of the above domain names before August 23, 2012 that you'd like to use with your x10Hosting free web hosting account.
If we do not receive a response from you before August 23, 2012 we will automatically choose an available subdomain matching your current primary subdomain under one of the above available domains.
