Subdomains not working on x15

Hi all,

I've created a subdomain (lista-r) for my main account (afonsosantos.x10.mx). When I access the subdomain, Chrome gives me a ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED error.

In the DNS section of DA I can see the subdomain records, but the subdomain does not resolve.

UPDATE: The subdomain seems to be working, but no SSL.

UPDATE2: Now giving a ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED error. Seems like my IP was blocked again...

You would need to add it as as subdomain under Account manager -> Subdomain management, if you want it to resolve to a website with us, the dns manager would be what you use if you want to point the domain elsewhere for any reason.

Your IP is not listed as being blocked.

Looks like the x15 server is very slow (I'm using Joomla and it's very slow), can we do anything to help that?

I'd assume that slowness is related to the fact that it is currently the one server recieving accounts still.
