"doesn't work" - does it give you an error? Are you being too hasty? You might need to give it a little while to get working. Help us by giving more information to help you.
What I suggest is you wait patiently, and if after around 12-24 hours it's not working you contact official support (I'm sure you can find the right link by looking down the right hand side).
