Well, i submitted a ticket about a week ago and never got a reply.
--------------
Hello,

Please note that the server has been experiencing a lot of lag and downtime over the past few weeks and that my cpanel subdomains cannot be resolved.

Thank you,

Well... first of all, the server goes down... a lot.
The main problem though is that whenever I make a subdomain in Cpanel, i go to access that subdomain and get an address not found error.

Well, its been a few more days. Still no response to my support ticket and the subdomain still wont work...

Address Not Found

Firefox can't find the server at academy.gurn.it.cx.

The browser could not find the host server for the provided address.

* Did you make a mistake when typing the domain? (e.g. "ww.mozilla.org" instead of "www.mozilla.org")
* Are you certain this domain address exists? Its registration may have expired.
* Are you unable to browse other sites? Check your network connection and DNS server settings.
* Is your computer or network protected by a firewall or proxy? Incorrect settings can interfere with Web browsing.

Have you set it up right?

Bit of an obvious question but you never know.

Support extremely busy so I advise you to sit tight. It's frustrating I know but at the moment can't be helped - sorry!
