Subject: Error 500 / "Internal error. Please refresh the page and try again" when accessing cPanel

Hi,

I've been unable to access my x10hosting control panel for the past [X days/weeks]. Every time I try to log in, I get:

Internal error. Please refresh the page and try again.

I've tried:

• Clearing browser cache and cookies
• Using different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge)
• Incognito/private mode
• Different devices
• Waiting several days and trying again

My website and database are still working, so the hosting itself seems fine – it's only the control panel that's broken.

Is anyone else experiencing this? Any known issues or fixes?
