Problem's quite simple - you linked to illegal movies, you got permanently suspended for it. You actually violated 2 parts of the TOS by also linking to illegally redistributed pornographic movies, so not only were they illegal and were covered under the Copyright Infringement section, but also by the Adult Material section.
