The TOS clearly indicated crons cannot run faster than once per five minutes. The problem is this is a manual suspension for a major abuse of it as well - you cannot be unsuspended.
And while we're at it you'd also have to provide a license for MCCodes even if the suspension wasn't already permanent; MCCodes v2 isn't freeware.
