Suddenly cannot login to cPanel

I was in the middle of my cPanel session, and all of a sudden I was redirected to the login page and got the error message, "Login Attempt Failed!" It seems that I can no longer login with the username and password that I was previously using without any problems.

You are currently suspended for "High server resource usage detected. Account will automatically be unsuspended in 30 minutes."

Thank you. Do you know why I may be using a lot of resources? All I was doing was editing an html file at the time.

EDIT: I was just suspended again for high server usage. But all the site is doing is serving the home page to one person, me.
