I'm not sure if the problem has yet to be fixed, but since the maintenance, my subdomains are no longer working (other things have been broken too like the add-on domain pointing to domain instead of domain.ca, or having to remake FTP accounts for them to work; but these I managed to fix on my own).
Before, I had m.domain.ca working fine where domain.ca is an add-on domain for account.x10.mx. After the maintenance, m.domain.ca would simply redirect to domain.ca. So I decided to delete and remake the subdomain m.domain.ca, but I get the following error in cPanel when I try to create it:
Error from domain wrapper: Domain already exists, it was not added.
I know this problem is related to the add-on domain for I can still create a subdomain for my account, i.e. m.account.x10.mx.
Is this problem ticket-worthy at this time?
