is there any opensource social networking scripts in php that are similar to orkut ,plz dnt wrte abt forums or board scripts ...,....i mean abt the cost free ones ..!!!

i dont think any script can match the complexity of orkut
u may download a cms and and add modules such as buddy list,scrapbooks,etc...!
but think of the storage ull require .......?

I would recamend phpnuke, e107, php-fusion, or xaraya cms's they all seem pretty good but like they said you would have to download it and program modules or add modules that came with it or install modules that were already made. Mostly there isn't a CMS based software that was made just like a website people make bases to work off of so you can do your own thing.

i will recommend e107.it have different plug ins available for your fulfillment of your needs for community site.
if you dont know which plugins to install,i will help..

tell me your requirement i will try to suggest you the corresponding plug ins(if you cant find by your own)
