Many posts, in this and all the other forums, have subject lines that give us no clue what it's about. Sure, many say "suggestion" or "idea", but we're already in the suggestion forum, so what did we expect, cookie recipes? :nuts: Similarly, if you're over in the "support request" forum, don't just label it "support request". Be a bit more specific, like the subject line above, or "MySQL says 'Your PC will explode in 5 seconds' but no boom!" :eek4:
With the very high volume of these forums (fora?), I for one skim it by glancing at the subject lines, and I suspect that many others do too. A specific but concise subject line will help you attract the people who can best listen to your idea, give you the help you need, etc. :biggrin:
