Good day to everyone. The rules indicates that I should log in the forum once every two weeks so that my account would not be suspended. However, i get suspended after 2-3 days. Is it required for me to post? the last suspension i got was just less than a day and i got suspended. Please enlighten me. Thanks.

No, you just need to log in.

There are various possibilities if you are getting suspended, including that you might not be browsing long enough for the system to pick up on you.

If you use Search, the various threads which have already discussed this problem many times before, should provide you with more answers.

Random site suspensions are beginning to make me look elsewhere for web hosting.
time is precious, and i do not see the point of logging into the forums.

The point of logging into the forums, other then it being in TOS, is that it is here, under the sections: "News and Announcements" and "Services Alerts" all information regarding planned work, as well as unforeseen issues that has risen, are posted to keep you as a user informed about what is going on.
