For the past two months maybe, there has been consistent daily downtime on Stoli. It really should be fixed by now. I know cPanel had issues a while back, but as far as I know, they were resolved.
And yeah, you could just reply with "We prioritise free servers, pay if you want consistent uptime, etc", but that shouldn't really be the case. The other free servers are generally fine - it's Stoli that has the problems. Is it ever going to end? If not, can accounts be transferred without any data loss or errors?
