It's a pretty good game but doesn't really have a good RPG like difficulty curve. But I would still greatly recommend it since it's still great.

The game is great. I got it not that long ago. I'm still on the second disk but so far it's the best JRPG I've played since Skies of Arcadia. I wasn't planning on buying it, but then I learned it was by the guy that made Final Fantasy 1 through 8. I went to youtube to look at gameplay videos and it looked very good so I bought it.
