I'm using apk uploader to backup my Droid X? I was using Dropbox, but love the backup options. The apps are free, opensource inluded on a rom on Xda or I purchased in marked. Only my phone, macbook and pc has accessed them.

This means you uploaded a page that pretended to be another site, trying to steal other's personal information. It doesn't matter if it was public or not, as long as its uploaded, its against our rules and we cannot unsuspend you (unless you would like to dispute this).

How is that possible considering I never uploaded a website?

I can see what it was quite likely tripping on; I'll escalate it to staff, but here's the issue: your DroidX was uploading to the server. My guess is you got tripped for something it uploaded that it had stored.
