So I picked up a used wii awhile back and I'm just getting into using the online access on it. At first I was excited to find out that brawl allowed you to play online against other people and friends, which I thought was a great improvement. However upon going into a few matches, I found two rather disappointing facts. First, there's next to nobody on, and it seems to take 10-15 minutes to even get enough people together to start a match, the second problem is likely the reason to the first: horrible latency.
Ive been playing this on a connection I know is fine in terms of latency (Mario Kart works perfectly for example), but everyone seems to suffer from input lag, where actions you submit aren't used until a few moments later. Apparently this is the developers/Nintendo's fault, which I agree with considering every other game I've tried works fine. Do you still try to play online regardless of this?
