I have closed ALL tickets that were open in the support center. If you had an active ticket you are welcome to re-open it. 90% of the tickets in there have issues regarding things that have already been resolved like Lotus, and being unsuspended for inactivity. This was preventing us from getting to issues that did need our attention.

So, if you had an open support ticket please login and re-open it if you still need help.

Just a thought about Lotus, is it possible that some malicious user is causing all the problems? Considering how it keeps having problems, even with new hardware, it seems like a possibility to me.

As far as I know there is no software out there that can cause a drive to physically fail. Lotus is on a new server on a different rack now and there have not been any new problems as of yet.
