Support for server Chopin

Hello, I am probably one of the many who was affected by the resource issue on server Chopin since I signed up for my account on 11 November last and although I confirmed my account I basically didn't receive approval/acceptance of my requested sub-domain as it was pending approval while the resource issue happened. Now I would like to raise a support ticket, but the message shown is that support for Chopin is closed and I need to go to forum... When will support for server Chopin be opened again? How can I submit a support ticket to get my hosting account reinstated? Thanks for your help! William (a.k.a. SFIPraha)

Hello,

You don't actually have a hosting account tied to this forum account. It's likely that your pending request got wiped as per one of the announcements, in which case you should sign up for a new account.
