Support or should I say what support

I have a couple of web sites on here both are on and off every week. Some times down for weeks. I log a ticket and wait days for a response.

Currently my site http://yarmouth.kgb.exofire.net has been down over 3 weeks. I have logged support ticket after support ticket. I have complained in here and all they do is move the ticket so its not public any more.

I have looked at a paid service with these people but to be honest I dont want to part with money to find i have the same issues. All I want is my site to be up from time to time. Maybe 1 day a week would be nice !!!

I know its free but what am i getting for free ? Can some one please sort out my site.

The only thing i can suggest is delete and recreate the subdomain, as its listed as parked and not a sub domain.
Second, Paid service has better uptime and support. I have a VPS, and the support is very good when i have any issues.

Last the reason you don't get many replys here is because of the time your posting. Most of the community helpers are asleep at this hour.

When I list my sub domains its not there to delete. Onyl ives.kgb.exofire.net is listed so I cant delete. If I try to create yarmouth it says its created but it never lists it.

As for parked domains it says i have none.

Why would my subdomain have been parked or removed ?
