Support request (cpanel login error)

Hi Sir

I'm trying to log to cpanel but i receive the following message:

[a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive]

Is this problem is with my settings or with your server?

This was a known issue and has since been resolved. In the future you can check the http://x10hosting.com/forums/news-announcements/ forum to check for server issues and updates.
