well, as a i've got a paied plan, i should have the "Support Request Submit" option on my Cpanel, i got that (after half a year after paying), anyhow, now i finely need it, and it doesn't work, it says:
"The System Admin has not configured this feature yet."
hope you can help as i need some support on subdomain and addon-doman...
