Support Ticket #22951 Unattended

For some reason I am not getting responce for Hard Disk Space Limit increase support ticket for two weeks. I opened another #24630 when #22951 was suddenly closed without comments.

I write music and have a site at http://alch.x10.mx

Can please anybody explain what is going on?

Ok, does this mean that service level of X10 Hosting is gradually going down?
Does this occur only to free hosting or to payed hosting plans too?
By service level I mean not only uptime, but also the level of support service.

Generally the support is pretty good but ever since the server migrations for free hosting, all kinds of problems happened.

MySQL databases are down.
Issues with website directions and cURL.
PHP needs modifications.
Mail servers are non-functional.
cPanel access is on and off.

and that's only what i noticed and i don't work for x10. I'm just another unlucky soul who has been waiting about a month now.. and that's not an exaggeration.
