My website has been displaying the 403 Forbidden page for more than one week now. I am certain that this is not a permission issue as all my subdirectories are set to 755. I have also flushed cache, flushed dns, flushed my pc and even flushed my toilet in case but i still get the big fat 403. What is going on???

What is the structure of easynaija.com, ie WordPress, Drupal, phpBB? Is it a script installed in a further subdirectory?

Permissions on index.php?

My website is currently running SMF. It was installed in the root directory i.e public_html/easynaija.com/. My index.php file is currently set to 777

Hello,

The server is set up to block access to anything set to permissions 777/666 for security reasons. Please set your files to 644 and folders to 755 (Public_html should remain at 750). This should fix the 403 forbidden error you are receiving.
