The use of the name "Facehook" is confusingly similar, along with the entire layout, colors, and the linked-faces world image on the root index page.

While I was able to confirm the page is not phishing, it is simply way too similar to Facebook's look and especially logos. I'm giving you 48hr to change themes, as at this time it is infringing on Facebook's legal rights.


Edit: As a side note, there's actually comments on the theme itself on the social engine download page that indicate this theme is violating copyright anyways - I'm ABLE to lift the limits on your account, but not when it doesn't currently stay within the bounds of the TOS, and right now due to the infringing on rights, it's not in line with said TOS.
