support ticket question

guys i posted a support ticket and i reply wrongly... i tired to post again but nothing i don see my new post any idea how to edit? =x

If you mean you replied wrongly to the support email you received, the best action to take is to reply again and politely explain your error and give them the correct info this time around, bear in mind being nice to stressed out peeps helps a lot in the long run

i think once you post a support ticket you cannot edit it however you can add new reply to correct some thing which is wrong in ticket
